Una actividad que se realiz\u00f3 del 6 al 10 de marzo de 2023 en la ciudad de San Jos\u00e9, capital del pa\u00eds.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo del taller fue proporcionar formaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica y casos pr\u00e1cticos en el uso del software @risk para realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n cuantitativa de riesgos qu\u00edmicos (plaguicidas) en alimentos. En la actividad participaron oficiales del Servicio Fitosanitario del Estado (SFE) costarricense, el Ministerio de Salud de Costa Rica (MINSA) y del Ministerio de Agricultura de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La inauguraci\u00f3n del taller fue presidida por la representante del OIRSA en Costa Rica, Gabriela Z\u00fa\u00f1iga; el director regional de Inocuidad de los Alimentos del Organismo, Ra\u00fal Peralta; y el jefe de la Unidad de Control de Residuos de Agroqu\u00edmicos del SFE de Costa Rica, Esa\u00fa Miranda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El taller fue impartido por el consultor internacional, Fernando Sampedro, y la coordinadora regional de An\u00e1lisis de Riesgo del OIRSA, Nancy Villegas.
