El director ejecutivo del OIRSA, Efra\u00edn Medina Guerra, y el director regional de Inocuidad de los Alimentos del Organismo, Ra\u00fal Peralta, inauguraron el 3er taller&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oirsa.org\/contenido\/biblioteca\/Manual%20de%20an%C3%A1lisis%20de%20peligros%20y%20puntos%20cr%C3%ADticos%20de%20control%20-%20HACCP.pdf\">HACCP<\/a>&nbsp;y sus programas prerrequisito, impartido por AIB Internacional, dirigido a oficiales de Inocuidad de M\u00e9xico, Centroam\u00e9rica y la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana. Una actividad que se realiz\u00f3 el 16, 17 y 18 de marzo de 2021 en modalidad virtual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al igual de las primeras dos&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oirsa.org\/noticia-detalle.aspx?id=7989\">ediciones del taller<\/a>, el objetivo de la actividad fue formar oficiales nacionales de inocuidad de alimentos en los pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n, acreditados por Alianza HACCP Internacional (IHA por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), reconocida a nivel mundial por la industria de alimentos y creada para asegurar la uniformidad en los programas de capacitaci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda HACCP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la actividad se abordaron temas como los or\u00edgenes del HACCP y su lugar en las regulaciones alimentarias de los Estados Unidos y otros pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, se ahond\u00f3 en los peligros biol\u00f3gicos, qu\u00edmicos y f\u00edsicos; y la revisi\u00f3n de medidas de control apropiadas para cada peligro.
