Una actividad que se efectu\u00f3, en modalidad virtual, el 16, 17 y 18 de septiembre de 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo de taller fue formar oficiales nacionales de inocuidad de alimentos en los pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n, acreditados por Alianza\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/haccp-international.com\/\">HACCP Internacional\u00a0<\/a>(IHA por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s). El taller fue moderado por el director regional de Inocuidad de los Alimentos del OIRSA, Ra\u00fal Peralta. Durante la actividad se abordaron temas como los inicios del HACCP en las regulaciones alimentarias de Estados Unidos y otros pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, se realiz\u00f3 una explicaci\u00f3n de los peligros para la inocuidad de los alimentos, incluyendo el conocimiento de la diferencia entre peligros inherentes y aquellos ocasionados por negligencia, y una revisi\u00f3n de medidas de control apropiadas para varios peligros.
