Una actividad que se desarroll\u00f3 el pasado 23 de julio de 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La jornada fue coordinada por el director regional de Salud Animal del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oirsa.org\/informacion.aspx?id=5\">OIRSA<\/a>, Abelardo De Gracia, y durante la misma se desarrollaron temas como el impacto de la pandemia en la industria de alimentos, consideraciones epidemiol\u00f3gicas del sector av\u00edcola ante el COVID-19, la experiencia del sector porcino en el marco de la emergencia y el protocolo de medidas de bioseguridad para plantas de procesamiento de camar\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre los expertos que participaron en la jornada estuvo el profesor asociado seguridad alimentaria mundial de la Texas Tech University en Lubbock, Estados Unidos, Marcos S\u00e1nchez; el encargado del programa de control y erradicaci\u00f3n de influenza aviar de ADA-<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ganaderia.gob.do\/\">DIGEGA<\/a>\u00a0de Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, Edgar Bailey; el director pecuario de la empresa Toledo de Guatemala, Erick Morales; y el gerente t\u00e9cnico de la empacadora San Lorenzo, grupo Granjas Marinas de Honduras.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Expertos de Estados Unidos, Guatemala y Honduras participaron en la jornada virtual en donde se expuso sobre el impacto del [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":213237738,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_coblocks_attr":"","_coblocks_dimensions":"","_coblocks_responsive_height":"","_coblocks_accordion_ie_support":"","_crdt_document":"","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[121903],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4357","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
