La capacitaci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 del 15 al 17 de marzo de 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veinticinco t\u00e9cnicos de la Direcci\u00f3n de Inocuidad Agroalimentaria (DIA) del IPSA profundizaron sobre el an\u00e1lisis cient\u00edfico de los riesgos, el Acuerdo General sobre Aranceles Aduaneros y de Comercio (GATT por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), la ronda de Uruguay sobre la pol\u00edtica de aranceles y la liberalizaci\u00f3n de mercados a nivel mundial, el programa DOHA de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial del Comercio (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wto.org\/indexsp.htm\">OMC<\/a>), entre otros temas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con este posgrado se busca fortalecer las capacidades de los funcionarios nicarag\u00fcenses quienes se encargan de normar, facilitar y ejecutar la inspecci\u00f3n oficial higi\u00e9nica-sanitaria de los alimentos de origen agropecuario, acu\u00edcola y pesquero. Esto en concordancia con la verificaci\u00f3n y el cumplimiento de las normativas nacionales, regionales y est\u00e1ndares internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De esta manera, OIRSA contribuye a impulsar mejoras constantes en la salud p\u00fablica y sirve de base para ampliar el comercio internacional de alimentos. El posgrado dura 8 meses y se imparte en la Universidad Nacional de Ingenier\u00eda (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.edu.ni\/\">UNI<\/a>).
