Una actividad que se realiz\u00f3 del 24 al 28 de septiembre de 2018 en El Salvador.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la capacitaci\u00f3n de los expertos en inocuidad del SENASICA \u2013el bi\u00f3logo Cecilio Roque Hern\u00e1ndez y el m\u00e9dico veterinario Baltazar Ch\u00e1vez\u2013 se visitaron&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/OIRSAoficial\/videos\/931889170312696\/\">\u00e1reas productoras de camar\u00f3n<\/a>&nbsp;y tilapia en el departamento de Usulut\u00e1n. Esto para conocer los procesos de producci\u00f3n y de manejo que le dan al producto en el campo y garantizar su inocuidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, se visitaron plantas de proceso y posteriormente se escuch\u00f3 la problem\u00e1tica que tienen en cuanto a la comercializaci\u00f3n de los productos. Los expertos mexicanos hicieron \u00e9nfasis en que para ampliar sus canales de comercializaci\u00f3n y mercados tendr\u00e1n que iniciar los procesos de implementaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/OIRSAoficial\/videos\/916047228563557\/\">buenas pr\u00e1cticas de producci\u00f3n<\/a>&nbsp;y de proceso, para poder garantizar la inocuidad de los mismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La capacitaci\u00f3n fue organizada por el OIRSA, la Direcci\u00f3n General de Desarrollo de la Pesca y Acuicultura (CENDEPESCA) -del Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganader\u00eda-, el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda (MINEC). &nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Especialistas en inocuidad de los alimentos de SENASICA de M\u00e9xico capacitaron a productores salvadore\u00f1os en buenas pr\u00e1cticas de producci\u00f3n de [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":213237738,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_coblocks_attr":"","_coblocks_dimensions":"","_coblocks_responsive_height":"","_coblocks_accordion_ie_support":"","_crdt_document":"","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[121903],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3606","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
