Bajo el lema \u201cManipular con responsabilidad es bienestar para todos\u2019\u2019 se celebr\u00f3, por primera vez,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ministeriodesalud.go.cr\/index.php\/noticias\/noticias-2017\/1253-semana-nacional-de-inocuidad-de-alimentos\">la Semana Nacional de la Inocuidad de los Alimentos en Costa Rica<\/a>. Esto con el prop\u00f3sito de involucrar y fortalecer la participaci\u00f3n de productores, funcionarios y otros actores claves en la adopci\u00f3n de buenas pr\u00e1cticas de producci\u00f3n, elaboraci\u00f3n y recolecci\u00f3n de los alimentos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la semana del 6 al 10 de noviembre de 2017 se programaron una serie de capacitaciones con expertos nacionales e internacionales que buscan&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/MAGCOSTARICA\/photos\/a.160017844055248.36693.145372555519777\/1586238504766501\/?type=3&amp;theater\">concientizar sobre este tema e informar&nbsp;<\/a>sobre las repercusiones de los alimentos contaminados en la salud. La representante del OIRSA en Costa Rica, Gabriela Z\u00fa\u00f1iga, particip\u00f3 en la inauguraci\u00f3n de la Semana Nacional junto al ministro de Agricultura y Ganader\u00eda, Luis Felipe Arauz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEn todos los \u00e1mbitos productivos hay que contar con normativas que permitan que los alimentos sean inocuos. Desde el Gobierno hemos realizado esfuerzos muy importantes, donde los Ministerios de Salud y de Ambiente, con el apoyo del sector privado, logramos un nuevo reglamento para el uso de plaguicidas, el cual permitir\u00e1 que Cosa Rica disponga de mol\u00e9culas m\u00e1s modernas y de menor toxicidad\u201d, expres\u00f3 Arauz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Costa Rica promueve esta celebraci\u00f3n ya que actualmente se han identificado m\u00e1s de 200&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.paho.org\/hq\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=10836%3A2015-enfermedades-transmitidas-por-alimentos-eta&amp;catid=7678%3Ahaccp&amp;Itemid=41432&amp;lang=es\">Enfermedades Transmitidas por Alimentos (ETA)<\/a>, causadas por 31 agentes contaminantes, las cuales son una causa importante de morbilidad y mortalidad, constituyendo uno de los mayores peligros para la salud a nivel mundial.
