Una actividad que convoc\u00f3 a m\u00e1s 100 productores del pa\u00eds y que se realiz\u00f3 el pasado 9 de junio de 2017 en la ciudad de Santa Tecla, La Libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganader\u00eda (MAG), OIRSA, Swisscontact y la Cadena de la Miel organizaron la jornada de capacitaci\u00f3n, en la que se present\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n derivada del estudio para identificar las causas de los hallazgos de niveles de glicerol encontrados por encima de lo aceptado en la miel del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 siendo realizada por la experta del Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Forestales, Agr\u00edcolas y Pecuarias (INIFAP) de M\u00e9xico, Yolanda Moguel. Los productores conocieron m\u00e1s sobre el Glicerol, su importancia e incidencia en la producci\u00f3n de miel de abejas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posteriormente, la asistente t\u00e9cnica de Salud Animal del OIRSA, Marcela Marchelli, expuso sobre la importancia de la trazabilidad en la producci\u00f3n ap\u00edcola. El Organismo contin\u00faa en su apoyo a los apicultores en el marco de la carta de entendimiento entre OIRSA, Swisscontact y la Cadena de la Miel.
