M\u00e1s de 600 personas han participado en los cursos impartidos durante 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/web.oirsa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/InocuidadCursos.jpg?resize=525%2C233&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2821\" width=\"525\" height=\"233\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/web.oirsa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/InocuidadCursos.jpg?w=900&amp;ssl=1 900w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/web.oirsa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/InocuidadCursos.jpg?resize=300%2C133&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/web.oirsa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/InocuidadCursos.jpg?resize=768%2C341&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jueves, 8 de junio de 2017.<\/strong> El pr\u00f3ximo 19 de junio 2017 se comenzar\u00e1n a impartir dos nuevos cursos de inocuidad de los alimentos en el aula virtual del OIRSA (<a href=\"http:\/\/aulavirtual.oirsa.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">http:\/\/aulavirtual.oirsa.org\/<\/a>). Esto con el prop\u00f3sito de seguir fortaleciendo el conocimiento sobre inocuidad en la regi\u00f3n del OIRSA, por medio de la capacitaci\u00f3n integral en los programas de control a lo largo de la cadena alimentaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se impartir\u00e1 nuevamente el curso virtual autogestionado en<a href=\"https:\/\/aulavirtual.oirsa.org\/IA\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/aulavirtual.oirsa.org\/IA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> \u201cFormaci\u00f3n de Capacitadores en Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas Pecuarias, Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas de Manufactura y el HACCP\u201d<\/a>. Esto con el objetivo de formar capacitadores del sector p\u00fablico, privado y acad\u00e9mico en estas \u00e1reas aplicadas a alimentos de origen bovino, porcino y aves, e inocuidad. Con ello se busca fortalecer las capacidades de los pa\u00edses en los sistemas de reducci\u00f3n de riesgos de contaminantes en alimentos de origen animal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El otro curso virtual que se impartir\u00e1 es el de <a href=\"https:\/\/aulavirtual.oirsa.org\/IA\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/aulavirtual.oirsa.org\/IA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cFormaci\u00f3n de Auditores de Inocuidad en Sistemas de Producci\u00f3n Vegetal\u201d.<\/a> El curso tiene el objetivo de organizar auditor\u00edas de inocuidad en los sistemas de producci\u00f3n de alimentos de origen vegetal, aplicar los conocimientos sobre auditor\u00edas de inocuidad en los sistemas de producci\u00f3n vegetal de manera organizada y estandarizar los requerimientos para el desarrollo de una auditor\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo, OIRSA implementa los cursos virtuales. Inicialmente, en mayo de 2016, se desarroll\u00f3 el curso de capacitaci\u00f3n en Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas Agr\u00edcolas. Luego, en septiembre del mismo a\u00f1o, se realiz\u00f3 el curso para Capacitadores en Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas Pecuarias, de Manufactura y HACCP. Ambos desarrollados en conjunto con el Instituto Interamericano de Cooperaci\u00f3n para la Agricultura (IICA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante 2017, de febrero a abril se imparti\u00f3 nuevamente el curso de BPA y, por primera vez, el Curso virtual de Formaci\u00f3n de Auditores de Inocuidad en Sistemas de Producci\u00f3n Animal en: bovinos, porcinos, aves y el Sistema HACCP desarrollado por el OIRSA.<a href=\"https:\/\/web.oirsa.org\/en\/2021\/12\/07\/mas-de-600-personas-inician-dos-cursos-de-capacitacion-en-aula-virtual-del-oirsa\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/web.oirsa.org\/2021\/12\/07\/mas-de-600-personas-inician-dos-cursos-de-capacitacion-en-aula-virtual-del-oirsa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> M\u00e1s de 600 personas participaron en estos dos cursos de capacitaci\u00f3n en Aula Virtual del OIRSA.<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo, OIRSA implementa cursos virtuales sobre inocuidad de los alimentos para profundizar el conocimiento en el \u00e1mbito [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":213237738,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_coblocks_attr":"","_coblocks_dimensions":"","_coblocks_responsive_height":"","_coblocks_accordion_ie_support":"","_crdt_document":"","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[121903],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2817","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
