Los manuales se encuentran alojados en la biblioteca virtual del Organismo o pueden ser descargados de manera simult\u00e1nea en el enlace: https:\/\/www.oirsa.org\/Archivos\/MANUALES_OIRSA_INOCUIDAD.zip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los manuales de Inocuidad que son parte de esta colecci\u00f3n son: el manual de buenas pr\u00e1cticas pecuarias, en bovinos, porcinos y aves; manual de an\u00e1lisis de peligros y puntos cr\u00edticos de control\u2013HACCP; manual de buenas pr\u00e1cticas para la producci\u00f3n y procesamiento de la nuez de mara\u00f1\u00f3n (Anacardium occidentale); el manual de buenas pr\u00e1cticas de manufactura en carne de bovinos, porcinos y aves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, se incluye el manual regional de buenas pr\u00e1cticas de la pesca mar\u00edtima artesanal; manual de buenas pr\u00e1cticas agr\u00edcolas de proceso y empaque de cacao (Theobroma cacao); manual de procedimientos de bienestar animal durante el presacrificio y matanza de bovinos; y el manual de buenas pr\u00e1cticas para establecimientos de matanza, corte y deshuese de bovinos, con fines de exportaci\u00f3n de carne y sus derivados a la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el director regional de Inocuidad de los Alimentos del OIRSA, Lauriano Figueroa, \u201ces de suma importancia que este material sea conocido por los colegios profesionales de veterinarios, agr\u00f3nomos, escuelas agr\u00edcolas, universidades, asociaciones de productores, ganaderos, y a quienes consideren que les pueda ser \u00fatiles.
