Una actividad que se efectu\u00f3 del 5 al 6 de mayo en la Facultad de Agronom\u00eda de la Universidad de San Carlos (USAC) de Guatemala, y posteriormente ser\u00e1 realizada en el resto de Centroam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/web.oirsa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Inocuidad-Guatemalajpg.jpeg?resize=525%2C232&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2013\" width=\"525\" height=\"232\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/web.oirsa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Inocuidad-Guatemalajpg.jpeg?w=648&amp;ssl=1 648w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/web.oirsa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Inocuidad-Guatemalajpg.jpeg?resize=300%2C132&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El curso \u2013a cargo del Dr. Assad Heneidi Zeckua de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico (UNAM)\u2013 incluy\u00f3 la explicaci\u00f3n de conceptos b\u00e1sicos sobre enfermedades transmitidas por alimentos, metodolog\u00eda de la investigaci\u00f3n epidemiol\u00f3gica de las ETA, an\u00e1lisis de riesgo de puntos cr\u00edticos de control, an\u00e1lisis de riesgo cualitativo, propuesta de establecimiento de una Unidad Regional de An\u00e1lisis de Riesgo en ETA, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por parte del OIRSA, el director regional de Inocuidad de los Alimentos, Lauriano Figueroa, brind\u00f3 las palabras de introducci\u00f3n al curso. El Organismo coordin\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n de la actividad junto al Programa de Apoyo a la Calidad y a la Aplicaci\u00f3n de Medidas Sanitarias y Fitosanitarias (PRACAMS), una instancia regional auspiciada por la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El curso est\u00e1 dirigido a organismos oficiales de Inocuidad, Sanidad Vegetal y Salud Animal de los Ministerios de Agricultura; organismos oficiales de control de alimentos de los Ministerios de Salud; Defensor\u00edas del Consumidor; asociaciones, gremios y productores de toda Centroam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La calendarizaci\u00f3n del curso de capacitaci\u00f3n incluye su desarrollo en Honduras (del 12 y 13 de mayo), Nicaragua (16 y 17 de mayo), Costa Rica (19 y 20 de mayo), Panam\u00e1 (23 y 24 de mayo) y El Salvador (25 y 26 de mayo).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El OIRSA \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n Regional de Inocuidad de los Alimentos y su representaci\u00f3n en Guatemala\u2013 desarrollaron el [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":213237738,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_coblocks_attr":"","_coblocks_dimensions":"","_coblocks_responsive_height":"","_coblocks_accordion_ie_support":"","_crdt_document":"","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[121903],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2011","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
