{"id":18291,"date":"2025-09-24T15:25:09","date_gmt":"2025-09-24T21:25:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web.oirsa.org\/?p=18291"},"modified":"2025-09-24T15:27:06","modified_gmt":"2025-09-24T21:27:06","slug":"actualizacion-del-material-del-curso-virtual-analisis-de-riesgos-en-inocuidad-de-los-alimentos-con-enfasis-en-comunicacion-de-riesgos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web.oirsa.org\/en\/archivos\/18291","title":{"rendered":"Actualizaci\u00f3n del material del curso virtual \u00abAn\u00e1lisis de riesgos en inocuidad de los alimentos con \u00e9nfasis en comunicaci\u00f3n de riesgos\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">El Organismo Internacional Regional de Sanidad Agropecuaria (OIRSA) requiere contratar servicios t\u00e9cnicos y profesionales en el marco de la Consultor\u00eda N\u00ba 37-25.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NOMBRE DE LA CONSULTOR\u00cdA<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consultor\u00eda para la actualizaci\u00f3n del material del curso virtual \u00abAn\u00e1lisis de riesgos en inocuidad de los alimentos con \u00e9nfasis en comunicaci\u00f3n de riesgos\u00bb.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OBJETIVO DE LA CONSULTOR\u00cdA<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actualizar el manual t\u00e9cnico y material dispuesto del curso virtual en an\u00e1lisis de riesgos en inocuidad de los alimentos, disponible en el Aula Virtual del OIRSA (con \u00e9nfasis en el m\u00f3dulo de comunicaci\u00f3n de riesgo) para formar profesionales del sector p\u00fablico y t\u00e9cnicos en an\u00e1lisis de riesgo en inocuidad de los alimentos y fortalecer la toma de decisiones basadas en evidencia cient\u00edfica para proteger la salud p\u00fablica y facilitar el comercio internacional.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PERFIL REQUERIDO (SE CONTRATAR\u00c1N A DOS CONSULTORES)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Profesional en inocuidad de los alimentos, ingeniero agr\u00f3nomo, tecn\u00f3logo en alimentos, m\u00e9dico veterinario, o \u00e1reas afines a la inocuidad de los alimentos.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Experiencia comprobada (m\u00ednimo 5 a\u00f1os) en inocuidad de los alimentos y an\u00e1lisis de riesgos en inocuidad de los alimentos, a nivel internacional.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>M\u00ednimo grado de maestr\u00eda preferible en tecnolog\u00eda de los alimentos, epidemiolog\u00eda, inocuidad de los alimentos o afines.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Conocimiento en normativas internacionales (Codex, ISO\u00b4s, HACCP, MSF \u2013 OTC de la OMC) y marcos legales de los pa\u00edses miembros del OIRSA y socios comerciales.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Contar con publicaciones cient\u00edficas en el \u00e1rea de inocuidad de los alimentos.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LUGAR, PERIODO Y PRESUPUESTO PARA LA CONTRATACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El consultor podr\u00e1 realizar su trabajo de manera remota, coordinando y programando reuniones presenciales peri\u00f3dicas, o cuando sea requerido, en las oficinas del OIRSA Sede en El Salvador o en los pa\u00edses integrantes del Organismo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El periodo de contrataci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de seis (06) meses a partir de la firma del contrato.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El OIRSA dispone de un presupuesto de OCHO MIL 00\/100 D\u00d3LARES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AM\u00c9RICA (USD 8,000.00) pagaderos contra recepci\u00f3n a satisfacci\u00f3n de los productos indicados en los t\u00e9rminos de referencia.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FORMA DE APLICAR<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los interesados deben remitir su hoja de vida y atestados que validen el cumplimiento de los requisitos de experiencia y formaci\u00f3n profesional, al correo electr\u00f3nico \u00a0<a href=\"mailto:consultorias.sede@oirsa.org\"><strong>consultorias.sede@oirsa.org<\/strong><\/a> indicando en el asunto del correo: \u201c<strong>CONSULTOR\u00cdA 37-25 Actualizaci\u00f3n del curso virtual: An\u00e1lisis de riesgos en inocuidad de los alimentos\u201d<\/strong>, recibi\u00e9ndose aplicaciones hasta el martes, 30 de septiembre de 2025 hasta las 12 medianoche hora El Salvador.
