La actividad se efectu\u00f3 en los d\u00edas 15 y 16 de octubre del 2024 en la ciudad de Guatemala, capital del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Foro fue inaugurado y presidido por la viceministra de Sanidad Agropecuaria y Regulaciones, Ingeniera Marissa Eugenia Montepeque Sierra; el director ejecutivo del Organismo Internacional Regional de Sanidad Agropecuaria, Ingeniero Ra\u00fal Antonio Rodas; la embajadora de la Rep\u00fablica de China (Taiw\u00e1n) en Guatemala, Sra. Vivia Chang; el director de la Cooperaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de la Rep\u00fablica de China (Taiw\u00e1n) en Guatemala, ingeniero Kun-Mu, Cheng; y el director ejecutivo de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Productores Independientes de Banano, Licenciado Julio Alberto M\u00e9rida Osorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"525\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">Durante el Foro se comparte la experiencia de Taiw\u00e1n?? e institutos de investigaci\u00f3n, entre ellos la Agencia Espacial Taiwanesa, quien profundiza en el proyecto de an\u00e1lisis espectral de im\u00e1genes -usando sat\u00e9lites???- para el monitoreo fitosanitario de plantaciones? <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/wrAP60bzif\">pic.twitter.com\/wrAP60bzif<\/a><\/p>\u2014 OIRSA (@OIRSAoficial) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/OIRSAoficial\/status\/1846349652074889418?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 16, 2024<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El II foro cont\u00f3 con la presencia de participantes de 13 pa\u00edses, entre ellos representantes y autoridades de sanidad vegetal, ponentes y representantes del sector productivo de Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panam\u00e1, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, Paraguay, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, entre otros. Adem\u00e1s, se cont\u00f3 con el apoyo del BID. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La actividad incluy\u00f3 aspectos relevantes sobre nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de diagn\u00f3stico de Fusarium R4T y otros pat\u00f3genos de las mus\u00e1ceas con expertos de Taiw\u00e1n y de AGROSAVIA. Asimismo, se abordaron los resultados de la aplicaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas para la vigilancia fitosanitaria por medio de im\u00e1genes satelitales y simuladores virtuales, con el apoyo de especialistas de la Agencia Espacial de Taiw\u00e1n (TASA) y del OIRSA, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El director ejecutivo del OIRSA, Ra\u00fal Rodas, destac\u00f3 la importancia de compartir temas como el uso de alta tecnolog\u00eda en el \u00e1mbito agropecuario como los tratamientos de irradiaci\u00f3n: una alternativa promisoria para la comercializaci\u00f3n de subproductos vegetales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las acciones de bioseguridad y manejo de brotes en fincas afectadas por la plaga, tanto en banano como en pl\u00e1tano, en Colombia y Venezuela, fueron abordados y discutidos por expertos del sector productivo de aquellos pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posteriormente, se present\u00f3 una ponencia sobre tendencias y comportamiento de los mercados internacionales del banano, brindando un panorama orientador a los productores para la comercializaci\u00f3n de este producto.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco del Proyecto para la Prevenci\u00f3n y Control de la marchitez por Fusarium R4T del banano en Centroam\u00e9rica [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":213237738,"featured_media":16472,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_coblocks_attr":"","_coblocks_dimensions":"","_coblocks_responsive_height":"","_coblocks_accordion_ie_support":"","_crdt_document":"","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[121903],"tags":[121952,121946],"class_list":["post-16471","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","tag-fusarium-r4t","tag-guatemala"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
